Self-Growth

 


Sometimes we spend so much time taking care of others that we forget about ourselves. We can get tired, disgruntled and may even find ourselves critical, all because we had no time for rest and recharging. Self-care leads to self-growth and that can be difficult for us.
Take some time each day to think about how you are caring for yourself. Do you have a time to unplug? Are there any moments built into the day for you and what you would like to do. There is no greater investment than yourself. And when you take care of yourself, you will be better able to help others too!
