Nothing is Impossible
Last Christmas while I was at The Landing we set a goal that could only happen with God's help. We had about 120 people at the time and we wanted to believe for some incredible things and show just how BIG a God we serve. We wanted to raise enough money to feed people a FREE lunch on Tuesdays for a year, bless 5 families with a Christmas they would always remember and we wanted to build a home for orphans in Uganda.
This week I received pictures of the home that God built through the generosity of friends and family members of The Landing and Cup of Joe. In November of this year, this home will be a safe place to "land" for 8 young ladies that God is about to launch into His amazing purpose. They will be covered by love, filled with hope and trained to be all that God designed them to be. I am especially grateful to our Missions Directors, Darrick and Cathy Border who kept us on course and inspired us to believe God could finish what He started.
Today I want you to believe that "nothing is impossible with God" That December morning, a small group of faith-filled, spirit-led people opened their hearts to God's miraculous power and God showed up in a mighty way. Thank you for your prayers and support and thanks be to God who always and in all ways causes us to triumph!
