Sanctuary

Psalm 27:4-6 The one thing I ask of the Lord—the thing I seek most—is to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life,delighting in the Lord’s perfections and meditating in his Temple. For he will conceal me there when troubles come;he will hide me in his sanctuary.He will place me out of reach on a high rock. Then I will hold my head highabove my enemies who surround me.At his sanctuary I will offer sacrifices with shouts of joy,singing and praising the Lord with music.

Every one of us needs to find that "safe" place...that "sanctuary". A sanctuary is the place where you can be yourself and let down all the defenses and just rejoice in the presence of your Creator. Reading these scriptures closely we can see that there is an amazing personally benefit to finding the "sanctuary" of the Lord.

1-His sanctuary is a place to delightfully live. True happiness comes as we dwell in that place.

2-His sanctuary is a place of refuge. There we escape from trouble and find divine protection.

3-His sanctuary is a place where we shout praises to God and rejoice in our salvation.

Today find your way to His "sanctuary": that place where every good thing from God comes together as you meet with Him.
