Light

 

All of us have experienced brokenness. Often those wounds, bruises and scars bring out feelings of embarrassment. We aren't proud that we were hurt and we may attempt to cover up so no one is aware. I want to encourage you to think differently about those wounds today. Because those deep wounds, those cracks in your armor, that brokenness is the very place where the light enters you. That light is Jesus and He heals all of the hurts. He can mend your heart, restore hope and help you recover anything that the enemy of your soul took from you. That includes guilt and shame over those wounds. Today, let that light in and it will begin to shine through you as a witness to the power of the Lord to heal. YOU are a light to the world. Let it shine!
