Smile

 

Last night, after a day of suddenly’s (some good and some bad) I went out for a walk to clear my head and ask God to heal my heart. Life has been an emotional roller-coaster for the last week and a half and to be honest...I’m exhausted. I’ve tried to maintain that daily smile and positivity but some of the curve balls have stolen my joy. So while I was walking, praying and crying out to the Lord, I just looked up. This is what I saw. A reminder from the Lord that He is in control and He will take care of all of the uneasiness and anxiety. It was a reminder to rest in His arms and let Him guide me through each moment. I smiled and said, thank you Lord. No matter what seems to be happening around us, God is at work in us and for us. Smile!
