What Makes Up a Great Leader?

What makes up a great leader? Today’s quote provides us a few characteristics. Their actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and to become more. The function of leadership is to produce more leaders NOT more followers. A true leader has the confidence to stand alone. They listen to others and extend a great deal of compassion when necessary. They have integrity and a tremendous amount of courage that always seems to show up at just the right time. A leader doesn’t always do great things but they get others to do great things.
