Control Thyself!

Proverbs 25:28 Like a city whose walls are broken through is a person who lacks self-control.

When you lack self-control you lose your temper. When you lose your temper your mind goes crazy. When your mind goes crazy your mouth runs wild. When your mouth runs wild, feelings get hurt. When feelings get hurt, walls go up. When walls go up, someone comes to break them down.

Don't be like a city whose walls are broken down. Control thyself:)
