A Glorious Life

It’s in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for. Long before we first heard of Christ and got our hopes up, he had his eye on us, had designs on us for glorious living, part of the overall purpose he is working out in everything and everyone. EPH 1:11

Who am I and what am I here for? You have probably asked one or both of those questions yourself. I have too. I believed that there had to be something else, something bigger than me that made my life count and the rest of my life worth living for. And I found the answer...it's in Christ. My identity comes from the One to whom I pledge my devotion and give my heart. He shows me each and every day who I am "in Him" and why He has chosen me to live this life "in Him" and for his purposes. He had his eye on me all the time and there was always a grand design for me to live a glorious life! That's incredible! And don't miss how this ends: his overall purpose is being worked out in everything and for every one. It's OK to get your hopes up because your hope comes "in Him". Take a moment to thank him for the glorious life and beautiful design he has planned for you!
