Turn the Lay-Off into a Pay-Off!

2 Corinthians 4:16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.17 For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.

Difficult seasons have a way of halting breakthrough sessions. Abrupt changes in your marriage, at your job and in your faith can be disconcerting. Many people are struggling to survive financial hardship, relationship meltdown and spiritual apathy. We need to learn how to turn the lay-off into a pay-off!

When life causes you to be at a stand still, why not stand still and see the deliverance of God?Difficult patches will come but we must not lose heart. It may feel like the wheels are falling off when God is getting ready to bring you an entirely new car! His glory is being built through your challenges. 

Use the down-time to enjoy some up-time: lift up your eyes and give God praise! That my friend, is how you can begin to turn the lay-off into a pay-off!
