Gratitude in Your Hearts

Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. 17And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

After a day of feasting and for some of you, shopping, this scripture is a great reminder about the importance of gratitude. Today as we move into another weekend, this is my prayer for you. His Word must find its way into our life...to dwell in us. Take a few moments to let your heart sing this weekend and smile while you look up to heaven and thank the Lord for another day of LIFE! Take a walk and burn off some of those Thanksgiving day calories:) 

And don't forget that last part...whatever you do...WHATEVER you do, do it all in the name of Jesus. When you work for the Lord nothing that you do is in vain. I've got a feeling that this is going to be an amazing weekend!
