Harvest Hands

Matthew 10:5 Jesus sent his twelve harvest hands out with this charge:“Don’t begin by traveling to some far-off place to convert unbelievers. And don’t try to be dramatic by tackling some public enemy. Go to the lost, confused people right here in the neighborhood. Tell them that the kingdom is here. Bring health to the sick. Raise the dead. Touch the untouchables. Kick out the demons. You have been treated generously, so live generously.

Jesus knew all about productivity and how to see abundance in every area of life. It comes through people: through everyday relationships with people.

I love that this scripture called the twelve "harvest hands". They were named this because they were harvesters. They also have harvest hands because seed sowers will always reap!

Where do you start? You go to the lost and confused right there in the neighborhood. Tell them that the kingdom is here. Now is the time!If Jesus lives in you then not only do you understand how to plant seed, you also have "harvest hands". Hands that will be able to gather the increase of activity, good people and resources that pour into your life as a result of living generously.

It's time to make a connection with those that we do life with...a deep, long lasting spiritual connection. It's kingdom time right now...go!
