A Healthy Start

"Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love." (Psalm 143:8)

Staring your day off right is so important to how that day will go. David understood
that getting the right nutrition at the beginning of the day would determine how well he performed during the day and how the day would end up. They tell us to always eat a good breakfast because its the most important meal of the day. That is true spiritually as well!
How you spend your day will help determine how you end your day. Before you
get caught up in all of your activities, take a moment to feed your spirit. Praise
and prayer will be the bacon and eggs for your soul! If you really want a healthy heart, begin your day with a healthy start!
