Catch Your Breath

2 Timothy 3 tells us this..."But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,

All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.

so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work."

Life has a way of taking the wind out of your sails and knocking the breath out of you. There is a way to get refreshed. Paul told Timothy this about the Bible: it is inspired by God which means that God breaths it into us so that we can learn and manage life's challenges.
