Falling Forward
In Proverbs 24 it says,"for though a righteous man falls seven times, he rises again, but the wicked are brought down by calamity." A righteous man falls? Seven times? Solomon was not numbering how many times you fall. The point was that no matter who you are, you will fall. The righteous folks get back up.
Think abou the Babe...Babe Ruth. We remember him for the home runs but dod you know that he set the resord for strike outs too! What is Babe had not kept swinging? And because he did we remember his greatness not his missing at the plate-ness!
My word to you today is fall forward. You may have already fallen. Learn the lesson and move on. You are destined for greatness. Dale Carnegie said once, “most of the important things in the world are accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all.” A mistake is just that…a miss-take…take it over again!
Run into this week and run forward and don't look back. And when you fall, fall forward!
