Joetry for Veterans Day

They fought to give us freedom,
with courage and with grace.

They rose to meet the challenge
of our enemies face to face

Their hearts would beat together,
their blood,red, white and blue.

They came, they fought ,they conquered
it's what they had to do

Today we must remember
for each one of them made choices

to defend our nations liberty
to be part of the Armed Forces.

Thank you to every Veteran for your relentless commitment to preserving the freedom we enjoy in the United States of America.
